Quick Start Guide

Get your PMax Insights script running in under 15 minutes

What You'll Need

Open the template sheet (link in purchase email or script comments line 16) and make your own copy:

File → Make a Copy

Rename to something meaningful: "[Account Name] - PMax Insights v90"

Navigate to: Tools → Bulk Actions → Scripts

Click blue + New Script button

Paste your script code, then edit lines 18-20:

const SHEET_URL = 'paste-your-sheet-url-here'
const CLIENTCODE = 'client-name-or-code'

Click Preview or Run button

Grant permissions when prompted (you'll see "Needs authorization")

Wait 30-60 seconds for first execution

Check your Google Sheet - you should see data populating across multiple tabs!

✓Script creates tabs: PMax Overview, Search Terms, Placements, Assets, Products, etc.
✓Check the 'PMax Overview' tab for campaign summary
✓Set up daily schedule (recommended): Tools → Triggers → Time-driven → Daily 6-8am

First run complete. Daily updates scheduled. Now explore your data.
