• Google Ads Scripts - Automation scripts for Google Ads accounts
• Courses and Training - Educational content and training programs
• Ads to AI Community - Membership community and resources

Products that use AI technology (including 8020Brain and related tools) can execute tasks autonomously. This includes:

• Reading, writing, and deleting files on your computer
• Executing shell commands and scripts
• Interacting with external APIs and services
• Making changes to connected accounts (including Google Ads, Google Sheets, Gmail, and other services)
• Processing and storing your business data

You are installing and configuring autonomous AI systems that can take real actions with real consequences.

By using our products and services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• AI systems can make mistakes, misinterpret instructions, or produce unexpected results
• File operations may result in data loss, corruption, or unintended modifications
• API integrations may result in changes to your accounts and services
• Automated actions cannot be guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free
• Scripts and tools operate based on your configuration and instructions

You assume full responsibility for all actions taken by our products and services, regardless of whether those actions were intended or expected.

If you use our products with Google Ads or any other advertising, marketing, or business platform:

• You are solely responsible for any changes made to your accounts
• This includes campaign modifications, budget changes, keyword additions or removals, bid adjustments, and any other account alterations
• Financial losses resulting from automated changes are your responsibility
• Mike Rhodes, 8020agent.com, and all associated entities accept no liability for advertising spend, lost revenue, account suspensions, or any other consequences arising from the use of our products with connected accounts

Before connecting any advertising or financial accounts, ensure you understand the risks and have appropriate safeguards in place.

Our tools can read, create, modify, and delete files on your system:

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• No warranty is provided against data loss or corruption
• File deletions are typically not recoverable
• Git version control is recommended but does not guarantee data recovery

Back up your data regularly. We accept no liability for lost files, corrupted data, or unintended modifications.

All products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Mike Rhodes, 8020agent.com, 8020brain.com, and all associated entities, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services

  • Any changes made to your files, accounts, or data
  • Any actions taken by AI systems or scripts
  • Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the software
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party services or integrations

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mike Rhodes, 8020agent.com, 8020brain.com, and all associated entities from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our products and services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any actions taken by AI systems or scripts on your behalf

By using our products and services, you agree to:

• Review and understand what each tool can do before enabling features
• Maintain regular backups of all important data
• Monitor automated actions, especially when first configuring tools
• Use appropriate access controls and permissions
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
• Accept full responsibility for how you configure and use our products

Digital products and course access are non-refundable once accessed. Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Our products may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Anthropic (Claude AI)
• Google (Ads, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
• GitHub
• Circle (community platform)
• Various APIs and services

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party services, their availability, or their actions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products and services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
